It will be 2013 in a couple of weeks and I am here to give you 5 easy steps to get what you want. It is applicable to loosing weight, getting six pack abs, have a romantic relationship with someone.
Identify and define what you want. Before you can get what you want you will need to work on defining what you really want. For example you want to be fit next year. Ask the five questions What When Where Why and How. What ideal weight are you aiming for? What are the things you need to do to achieve your ideal weight? When in the month, week or time of the day will you exercise or eat. Why would you like to have an ideal weight, to reduce health risk, to be stronger and fit, to look good in a dress. How are you going to cut down on your food intake? How will you find the time to exercise? How bad do you really want it.
Know your limitations. There are only two limitations. Resources and time. Take inventory of how much of each do you have and compromise on the items that does not bring value to your life.
Dump in all on paper. Write it all down in paper. Do not filter or edit anything. Just let it pour. Give yourself a minimum of five minutes doing this. After writing everything on paper you sort it. Personally I use the outline method and breakdown each idea to bullets with verbs. This will become the task of each idea that you wrote down.
Mentally prepare yourself for failure. 99% of people will not succeed at the first or even 10th try but the difference between 99% that failed and 1% that did make it is that they endured the pain of failure and decided that they will stand up once again. Reflect on what you are doing and change something in what you are doing to change the results.
Crawl before you walk. Walk before you run. Start small and each success challenge yourself more and grow as a person. Achieve targets and finish your task and you will achieve your results.
